Password Reset

You can change or reset your password for security reasons or if you forget it.

Reset Password

  1. Select the “Forgot Password?” link

  2. Enter your email address

  3. An email will be sent to that email address containing a link. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

  4. If you don’t get an email:

    1. Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders

    2. Add clientservices@sponsorunited.com to your address book

  5. If you’re still having issues, email us at clientservices@sponsorunited.com.

Change Password

  1. Login to your SponsorUnited account at https://pro.sponsorunited.com/auth/login

  2. Visit your profile by clicking on your name in the top right corner of your account, or by visiting https://pro.sponsorunited.com/account/profile.

  3. Enter your current password, as well as your new password, and confirm your new password.

  4. Click “save.”
