Reset Password
Select the “Forgot Password?” link
Enter your email address
An email will be sent to that email address containing a link. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you don’t get an email:
Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders
Add clientservices@sponsorunited.com to your address book
If you’re still having issues, email us at clientservices@sponsorunited.com.
Change Password
Login to your SponsorUnited account at https://pro.sponsorunited.com/auth/login
Visit your profile by clicking on your name in the top right corner of your account, or by visiting https://pro.sponsorunited.com/account/profile.
Enter your current password, as well as your new password, and confirm your new password.
Click “save.”
