I can’t access my account

If you cannot access your account, please reach out to your account manager or to our Client Solutions team at clientservices@sponsorunited.com and detail the problem you are having. Please include screenshots to demonstrate the issue. Someone from the team will contact youas soon as possible. You may also contact the On-Demand team using the icon located on the bottom right corner of the login page.

How to add a teammate to my account

To add a teammate to your account, reach out to your account manager with the request, and include the first and last name as well as the email address of the new user. If your account has available licenses, your account manager will respond and add the new user on the platform.

If you don't know who your account manager is, contact our On-Demand team via messenger (bottom right corner of the platform). The On-Demand team is available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. You can also email our Client Solutions team at clientservices@sponsorunited.com.
