If you cannot access your account, please reach out to your customer success manager or to our Customer Success team at customersupport@sponsorunited.com and detail the problem you are having. Please include screenshots to demonstrate the issue. Someone from the team will contact you as soon as possible. You may also contact the Customer Support team using the icon located on the bottom right corner of the login page.
How to add a teammate to my account
To add a teammate to your account, reach out to your customer success manager with the request, and include the first and last name as well as the email address of the new user. If your account has available licenses, your customer success manager will respond and add the new user on the platform.
If you don't know who your customer success manager is, contact our Customer Support team via messenger (bottom right corner of the platform). The Customer Support team is available Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. You can also email our Customer Support team at customersupport@sponsorunited.com .
